Select your desired items and follow the instructions during the order processing at check out. Can't find an item? Please contact our Customer Service.
Complete the ordering process. You will receive a confirmation of receipt shortly afterwards. Always check the billing and delivery address. Once payment has been received, the goods will be dispatched. The average processing time is 5-7 working days.
Shipping is insured via our shipping service providers - such as UPS or DHL - and takes 1-2 working days. Every delivery can be tracked via a tracking number. Delivery times to the EU or third countries may vary and may take 3-5 working days.
Of course, you can also place an order by telephone or email. The processing is carried out directly by customer service. You will then receive an order confirmation or invoice with payment information by email. Shipping takes place after receipt of payment.
